Pursuant to 36 CFR 261..50, (a) and (b) it is hereby ordered that the prohibitions sat forth apply to from June 14, 1996, through July 31, 1996, in the following described area:

Possessing, discharging, or using any kind of firework or other pyrotechnic device. (36 CFR 261.52(f))

This order applies to the area including Spring Creek drainage in sections 12 13, 14, 19, 23, & 24 of T25N R5W.

Violation of this order is prohibited by provisions of the regulations cited. Under 16 U.S.C. 551 and 18 U.S.C. 3559 and 3571 any such violation is subject to a punishment by a fine of not mote than S5,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than six months, or both.
